Ryan Storms holds a Bachelor of Music from Stetson University and a Master of Music from Yale University. At Yale, he studied with Allan Dean.

Mr. Storms performs with the Waterbury, New Britain, and Bridgeport Symphonies and works in a variety of other venues -- as a soloist in churches, private benefits, and master classes. Mr. Storms is a two-time winner of competitive scholarships from the International Trumpet Guild. At Yale, he was awarded Excellence in Contemporary Performance.

Mr. Storms joined the Renaissance Center faculty in 1998.
