Seth Uricheck
piano, violin

Seth Uricheck has spent most of his life playing music, starting with the violin at the age of three. By the time he started his education at the Taft School in Watertown, he had added piano and organ to his repertoire and worked as a church organist in Oakville.

Mr. Uricheck has studied under a wide variety of talented musicians, including violinists from the Hartt School of Music, the Hartford Symphony and Western Connecticut State University. His piano and organ instructors have both been internationally renowned performers.

In his free time, Mr. Uricheck composes a variety of piano, violin and choral music, some of which has been performed by St. John the Evangelist church choir. He also enjoys visiting, and enjoys visiting fiddling competitions during the summer time, where he has collected a number of awards throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Mr. Uricheck currently teaches both violin and piano at the Renaissance Center and is the church organist for St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Watertown.

Mr. Uricheck has been on the Renaissance Center faculty since 2004.
